Where access to your home is restricted, we can assist in suggesting solutions to suit your budget and access needs.

Most of the railings we install are made to measure and can be designed to not only suit your access requirements, but form a visual impact to your property, albeit in design or colour.

Ramps can be constructed in a variety of materials, concrete, tarmac, timber, metal. Some smaller ramps can also be portable.

Whether your moving in a relative who needs extra facilities, or requiring a more level access lifestyle, we can assist in designing home extensions.

These can be anything from a separate annexe to converting a garage to living accommodation. You may already have drawings or planning permission.

We are happy to provide a quotation off plans, but all works are subject to Local Authority approval from governing bodies such as Building Regulations, Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent.

Please note that many refurbishment projects now also attract the requirement of Building Regulations.

We work with several local lift suppliers in providing access requirements to both domestic and commercial properties.

In the past, these have included external wheelchair lifts to compensate for steep access at the front of a property as well as internal lifts if the occupant can no longer access the other floors in their property. This can consist of either stair lift, or when wheelchair access is required, a through floor lift.

We work closely with the installers, providing all the building work, electrical installation and completion ie touch up decorations.

Grab rails can be installed as a cost-effective alternative in many situations, to aid balance and access to rooms and use of equipment.
